The main ministers of the southern states, leaders across the political spectrum and families killed in the terrorist attack of Pahalgam, were praised by the Indian armed forces for Sindoor-Vedné air strikes focused on terrorist infrastructure across Pakistan and Pakistan Kashmir (POK).

Main Minister Tamil Nadu MK Stalin, Chief Minister of Telangany A. Revanth Reddy, Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naida, and Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddarahaiaha were among those who welcomed the exact strikes that focused on camps and started terrorist outfits Jaish-E-Mohammea. In particular, the operation was performed without violating the Pakistani airspace.
Araty of Kochi, whose father N. Ramacandran, was shot in Pahalgam’s attack, said there would be no name for this operation than the Sindoor operation. “The terrorism, which took our father, brothers or wives, could not be any appropriate response to terrorism,” she told reporters. “Great greeting to those who are for the operation and sincerely thanks to the Prime Minister and the Armed Forces.”
She expressed the hope that the event would bring comfort to families like hers and the HimaShi Narwal family, other victims.
Channavearappa, father Bharath Bhushan – resident Bengaluri killed in the same attack – welcomed strikes. The “name” of the Sindoor Operation “is suitable. Terrorists erased” Tilak “from the forefront of many women,” he said. Bhushan, who visited Pahalgam with his wife and child, was killed while his family survived.
He also accused Pakistan of the disagreement and support of terrorists and appreciated the diplomatic efforts of the center to reveal the role of the country in the promotion of terrorism. “Modi took this message to the world,” he said.
Sumati, the mother of another victim, Manjunath Rao of Karnataka, said she had an unwavering belief in the premiere of Narendra Modi. “I don’t want my son’s victim to be futile,” she said.
Extensive political support
Political leaders from the whole party also expanded the support of the government action. The Chief Minister of Telangana Revanth Reddy in the contribution on the social media platform said that strikes against the “terrorist factories” in Pakistan and Pok have made the country proud. “First, as an Indian citizen, he stood strongly with our armed forces … Let’s talk in one voice – Jai Hind!” wrote.
Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh Naida appreciated the armed forces for their “unrivaled bravery and accuracy” and attributed the leadership of Prime Minister Modi for a quick answer. “I pride in good greeting the brave warriors of the Indian armed forces,” he said.
Tamil Nadu main minister Stalin said that the state stood firmly with the Indian army in the fight against terrorism. “With our army, for our nation. Tamil Nadu is determined,” he said.
The Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah also appreciated the “extraordinary courage” of the armed forces and called the Pahalgam attack not only by tragedy, but by attacking the collective spirit of the nation.
Chief Minister Kerala Pinaraya Vijayan expressed the support of the center and armed forces, and at the same time urged the Union government to promote diplomatic means to put the perpetrators before court. “It is necessary to make efforts to ensure that terrorist camps are dismantled and never allow for Pakistani soil,” he said in a statement.
The operation was also supported by MP Hyderabad and President Aimim Assaduddin Owaisi. “Pakistani terrorist infrastructure must be completely destroyed. The deep condition must be taught by lesson to never happen again,” he said on the X -Social Media platform.
Former Defense Minister AK Antony described the Sindoor operation as “just the beginning” and expressed confidence in the ability of the armed forces to eliminate terrorist camps in the areas protected by the Pakistani army.
The opposition leaders from different states, including Edapadi K. Palaniswami Aiadmk, Jagan Mohan Reddy and Keral Congress VD Satheesan, also expressed their support, praised the military reaction, and called for unity in the face of terrorism.
