The first youth competition was launched throughout South Asia and invited young people aged 15 to 25 of the eight nations Saarc to present five minutes on “My vision for South Asia as president/prime minister of my country”. The initiative, organized by Doyens of Peace, is part of the 1st August civil society Saarc, which took place on August 12 and described International Youth Day. The memory will also honor the peace activists Admiral L. Ramdas, Karama Ali and Tapan Bose for their permanent contributions to building peace in the region, he said.
