Hours after the police found Sonam Raghuvanki of Kashi Dhaba in Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh, Sahil Yadav, the restaurant owner, revealed that she arrived around 1 in the morning and asked to call her family. At the request of Sonam’s brother, Yadav reached out to the local police, who arrived and took Sonam around 2:30 in the morning.
Yadav spoke with or said, “Sonam came here around 1 in the morning. She wanted my phone to call my family members and I gave her. She started crying when she called her family. I took the phone and gave them details of the Sonama.”
Yadav added: “She wasn’t mentally fine. After some time her brother called me and asked me to inform the local police. The police came here and took her around 2:30 am. Sonam was alone; I gave her water.”
He shared more details about the development held in Monday morning, and Brother Raja Raghuvanki Vipin RaghuvanShi said PTI, “Sonam made a video of his brother Govind last night. Then we called Uttar Pradesh last night and informed them that Sonam was in their state.”
Accusations against Sonama
Sonam and four others were booked for the alleged murder of Raja Raghuvanki. The police claimed to hire a hitmen to kill his husband during their honeymoon in Meghalaya, PTI reported.
When she talked about the accusation against Raja’s wife, Vipin said, “Until the contracts are not confronted with Sonam, we cannot believe that she hired them to kill her husband.
Meanwhile, Sonam’s father Devi Singh Raghuvanki denied all the accusations against his daughter and demanded a CBI probe.
“My daughter is 100 % innocent. We are demanding a probe of the Central Investigation Office (CBI) in the case,” PTI Devi Singh Raghuvanshi quoted.
23 May, Indore based in Indore Sonam and Raja Raghuvanki disappeared during their honeymoon in Meghalaya Sohra. Raja’s body was found in the gorge 2 June.
