Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (Tgic), which set a new benchmark for the soil value in Telangana, received a record offer of 177 Crore at ACR at its auction of 7.67 acres in Raidurg, Hyderabad Knowledge City.
The second plot was also taken for 141.50 GBP per acre, while 11-Acrors were brore 1,556,50 GBP, which called it one of the most expensive Indian land shops. Government cash registers were strengthened by 3,135 GBP Crore by selling two land, including registration fees, stamps and other expenses.
177 Crore on ACR is the highest price realized at any government auction in the state and breaks all historical records. It also exceeded the former neoplasm, the Kokapet Benchmark 100.75 Crore on an ACR for 3.60 acres achieved in auctions performed by Hydeabad Metropolitan Development Authority during the BRS mode.
The first auction land was successfully managed by JLL India and MSTC as an auction partner who worked as an exclusive transactional advisor Tgic. The Raidurg auctions have brought the participation of leading national and regional developers and showed the investor’s strong belief in Hyderabad’s lasting growth and strategic value of raidurg as the heart of the Hyderabad Knowledge City, said the Office of the Chief Minister (CMO).
“The record price of 177 Crore for acre reflects the strong confidence that investors and developers have in the long-term potential of Hyderabad and the story of Telangan Rising-2047,” said VC and CEO of Tgiice K. Shashanka. “He also reaffirms the main Minister A. Revantha Reddy and the Minister of Industry D. Sidhar Babu’s efforts to create a transparent, entrepreneurship of suitable and high growth ecosystems and strengthens Hyderabad’s position of one of the most attractive investment destinations in India.”
The record price represents an impressive trajectory of the soil value in Hyderabad. In 2017, Raidurg Parcels Crore brought 42.59 crore for an acre in the range of 2.84 acres. In 2022, the auction of Neopolis carried out HMDA up to 100.75 crore per acre for 3.60 hectares.
“Achieving 177 crore for ACR in Raidurg, almost 75% greater than 101 Crore per acre, shows the exceptional power of Hyderabad market, robust sentiment investors and city development to a truly global trade patron,” said Jll India, a spokesman for JLL.
