India Vice President of Mandhan refused to describe her record ODI a hundred against Australia as one of her best after the hosts lost a match with a series of 43 runs, giving Australia win 2-1 series. Despite the loss of Mandhan, he stressed that the series was more concerned about testing the combinations and identifying weaknesses before the upcoming World Cup than the result itself.

“So I wouldn’t say that we would consider this series to be a confidence booster or something that really didn’t work, that trust would be low. But it was a good series when it comes to understanding our strengths and understanding where we are missing.”
