Two days after the lawmaker Konni Ku Janeesh Kumar allegedly hit to ensure the release of the man from the station Padam Forest, the forest department on Wednesday submitted a detailed report on the incident of the Minister of the Forest.
The report prepared by the divisional forest officer (DFO) in Konno was handed over to the Office of the Minister of the Chief Conservator of the Forest in the South Circle. The report firmly denies any procedural lunges in convening an individual for questioning and expresses concerns that the sudden intervention of the MLA could prevent the ongoing investigation of the electricity of the wild elephant.
“The individual who worked as a country driver was convened for questioning because he lived in a single house that was located within 150 m of the place where the elephant was found dead. The only other inhabitant of this house was the observer of the farm.
He further explains that the man arrived at the forest station Padam on his motorcycle. When the department was preparing to search their residence on the basis of preliminary findings, the MLA arrived at the station and forcibly ensured its release.

Forest officials at the station fallen formal complaints against Mr. Janeesh Kumar and accused him of intimidation. The first information report (companies) submitted by the police states that the MLA prevented officials on duty and issued threats, including the warning of the station burning.
