Siya Goyal Shows No Remorse Even As Pune Police Escort Murder Accused From Investigation | Watch the video | Today’s news

Murder accused Siya Goyal showed no signs of remorse even as she was escorted by the Pune Rural Police for further investigation into the death of her fiance Ketan Agarwal. According to an IANS report, the prime suspect in the high-profile Pune Lohagad Fort murder case allegedly made obscene gestures and showed the middle finger when he saw a media representative.

In the 17-second video, the 20-year-old can be seen wearing a black t-shirt and a printed scarf covering her face, walking confidently towards a police car which was taking her to her Market Yard residence for further investigation.

What was initially assumed to be an accidental fall turned out to be a planned murder carried out in collaboration with her lover Chetan Chaudhary. On Thursday morning, the police took Siya Goyal to a place in Pune where she and Chetan Chaudhary allegedly practiced pushing real estate agent Ketan Agarwal off a cliff.

The Pune police approached a local court and filed an application in the Vadgaon Maval court seeking permission to conduct polygraph tests on Goyal and her alleged 22-year-old lover. Also known as a “polygraph test,” this physiological screening allows blood pressure, pulse, respiration and sweat to be measured as questions about the incident are answered.

The tragic incident took place on June 18, for which the two suspects had been rehearsing a month earlier in Pune’s Market Yard area. From this place, the police recovered the clothes worn by Siya Goyal on the fateful day. Siya, who was supposed to tie the knot with 25-year-old Ketan Agarwal in November this year, was arrested and remanded in police custody till July 3. Her lover Chaudhary was also detained.

“Investigations revealed that Siya and Chetan were rehearsing in a hilly area near a club in Lullanagar how to push Ketan off a cliff in Lohagad Fort. Today, Siya was taken to the spot where she identified the place where they allegedly conducted the test,” PTI quoted Pune Rural Police officials as saying.

Investigations into the Pune murder case revealed that the alleged test took place in May. Meanwhile, the police are working to develop a timeline of events in the exact order of dates and other details of the conspiracy to murder Agarwal.

According to an NDTV report, Siya and Chetan deleted their entire chat history, including trash data, both before and after the incident. Their mobile phones have been sent to a forensic laboratory to recover deleted records.

The official added: “We have also collected a significant amount of technical and digital data which is currently being analyzed and cross-validated.” On Wednesday, police conducted a crime scene reconstruction with Siya and co-accused Chaudhary, separately, to ascertain the exact events of the day. During the recreation of the crime scene, a mannequin was pressed from the cliff.
