Six raw bombs were obtained from an isolated compound in Mangattidam, the Indian Communist Party (Marxist) (CPI (M)) on Tuesday in Koothuparamba in Kannura.
On the basis of the tip, the police made a search in the area and came across a bomb that was found wrapped in a plastic bag.
After healing the President of the District Congress Martin George claimed that CPI (M) is trying to stimulate the municipal unrest in cannon by supplying gross bombs in its fortress. “The bombs are not old and it seems that they were recently produced. When the local elections are approaching, there is a clear attempt to spread fear and riots between the public,” Mr. George said.
He criticized the police for not performing early raids to trace the bomber units, and claimed that both CPI (M) and the Bharatiya Janata party operates such centers within their fortress.
“These centers support anxiety among people. Local leaders are participation and the authorities have shown little interest in investigating the explosive source,” he added.
