Police Kurnool arrested six people on Saturday, including five minors, for theft of valuables from Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) Manager in Kurnool, a few days ago. The defendant committed a crime by learning to break the opening of the castles through YouTube, the police said.
The theft took place in the house Sardar Hussain, who is a depot-i manager, and lives in Sai Vibhav Nagar in the city. The incident occurred when Mr. Hussain left for Hyderabad to take part in his office together with his family members.
Police Superintendent (SP) Vikrant Patel said that the main accused, Shaik Shavali, who works in Dhaba, along with five other, learned the trick of opening chateaux from YouTube. They brought oil, saw and iron rod and reached Sai Vabhav Nagar on two motorcycles around 1 in the morning and found that Mr. Hussain’s house locked. They opened the castle and stole 27 Gold decorations worth 20 lakhs and 35 silver Tola and distributed stolen objects with each other.
The following day, 13th April, the warehouse manager filed a complaint with the police. Six were finally caught on Saturday near Central University in Nandyal Checkpost and all the stolen items were obtained.
SP said two minors were involved in two cases of theft earlier. The accusations are school premature ending of school attendance. Mr. Vikrant Patel asked citizens to use the locked monitoring system (LHMS), install CCTV in their houses, and also inform the police of the movement of suspicious people in residential locations.
