
On Monday, the ACB anti -corruption office (ACB) caught three government officials and one television reporter in red in separate cases of bribery including the Nizamabad, Yangaon and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts.
In Nizamabad, N. Srinivasa Sharma, head of the assistant Panchayat Raj in Armoor, she was arrested at 16:10 after accepting a bribe of 7,000 GBP for processing documents on the fund transfer. The complainant acting according to the instructions of ACB placed money on the Sharm’s table. The incisted cash was seized on the spot in the presence of Mr. Sharma.
In the Rangareddy district, ACB officials captured a representative of the executive engineer of Nagaram, Sudharshanam Raghu, receiving a bribe of 1 ₹ Lakh. The trap was laid on Monday at 16:50, when Mr. Raghu demanded £ 1.30 from the complainant to clear the accounts related to CC Road Work worth 11 Lakh. The bribe was directed through two outsourcing inspectors V. Rchessh and V. Suresh. All three – Raghu, Rrakesh and Suresh – were arrested and will be made before 1. Another special judge for ACB cases in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, in Jangaon’s Chilpur Mandala, inspector Vineet Vineet was caught for income to receive 26,000 GBP, to present a favorable verification message in the case of land mutation. The bribe was hidden in the back seat of its car and during the operation the trap was positively tested on chemical tracks.
ACB Sleuths on Monday captured a reporter of a television news channel identified as Mittapali Gopi, while allegedly received the amount of 1 lakh in the “instance” of the Manuguro Police Inspector S. Satish Kumar in Manuguru in the district of Bhadradri Kothaguden.
According to ACB sources, Mr. Gopi was in his case as a mediator named Mr. Satisha Kumar and concluded an agreement with the complainant of official kindness.
According to Mr. Satish Kumar’s instructions, Mr. GOPI demanded a MANUGURU police station.
Both charges were taken into custody and will be made before ACB Special Court in Warangal, ACB sources said.
This is the second case of ACB trap in less than fourteen days in the district.
10th April, ACB “imprisoned” Bhadrachalam Police Inspector B. Ramesh, Police Constable Ch. Rama Rao and a private person in the case of “bribery”.
All four individuals were made in front of special anti-corruption courts-pharm in Hyderabad and others in Warangal. ACB confirmed that the investigation is underway.
The agency called on the public to report bribery requirements by dialing 1064 or addressing via WhatsApp (9440446106), Facebook (Telangana ACB) or X (@telanganaacb). The complainants’ identities, the assurances of the officials, will remain strictly intimate.
