Main Minister M. Bhatti Vikramarka’s representative Andr Pradesh Heavy Machinery & Engineering Limited (Aphmel) asked to try to compete with similar companies around the world.
During a visit to Aphmel, a subsidiary of Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL), in Ibrahimpathnam near Vijayawady on Thursday along with the Chairman and CEO of SCCL N. Balaram, interact with workers and later spoke about the media.
The CM representative said that no other society has better machines and human resources than Aphmel, among technical companies producing spare parts for new industries and repairs to the old worlds. He said that what the company officers and the company staff demanded was a commitment and thinking that “we can compete with the world”.
Aphmel could compete globally with commitment, thinking and trying to use existing systems efficiently. If they are introduced, he said that Aphmel could also compete around the world, he said and announced that it would soon be appointed advice for studying local conditions and submitting a company report.
On the basis of this report, the government would decide to advance to the company’s progress. He said that better officials and employees perform, more profits would be, which would lead to more job opportunities for local youth and contribute to the progress of two Teluga states.
The representative of the main minister who asked the staff to maintain the machinery by clean periodic revisions, said the unit should not be limited to the production of new machines and repair old parts for Singareni Collieries, but should also receive orders from all over the country and function as BHEL. He said that Aphmel was also in production machines for thermal power plants and old repair.
