He came to the court while he canceled the order of a single judge who granted “Grace Marks” to two candidates Neet (UG) 2025 by using the “normalization formula” and other subsequent instructions. NTA filed an appeal against order 28 July.
The candidates argued that the time was lost during the behavior of Neet (UG) 2025, which was attributed to the acts of omission and the commission staff deployed at the place of the exams.
The candidates stated that on the day of the exam 4th May 2025, although they got into the test center at a specified time, “there was a failure and loss of time in the center due to biometric verification failure, as a result there was a delay in verification”.
They said that the whole process resulted in the entry of candidates and sitting in the test hall just at the time of time. During the rehearsal, candidates were interrupted to re -undergo the Aadhaar verification and sent the business to re -send, as a result the key time was lost.
NTA, in their appeal against an order for individual judges, claimed that candidates did not strictly follow the time of reporting in the reception cards issued to them, and shortly before the prescribed external date for the last entry arrived at the test.

The Court of Communication 6 August emphasized: “Chaotic consequences of expanding” improvisation of the designation “for individual delays in biometric verification for reasons that cannot be attributed to the test agency”.
“Such an approach would open floods to the demands of candidates who have experienced a minor technical delay in biometric authentication … granting stamps for delay in the process of biometric verification that it would not be justified for any guilt,” he added.
