Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister of MK Stalin, launched “Simplegov” on Thursday, simplified by the existing process of various services and schemes offered by the government. The aim of the new initiative of the Human Resources Administration Department is to provide applicants for 10 different services from the eight government departments.
In the first phase, Simplegov would help candidates to obtain a certificate of sanitation, public buildings, registration of homes in old age, license for working female hostels, registration of houses for women, solvency certificates, a list of industrial industries in the Council for Control of Pollution Tamil Nadu.
Applicants would be able to obtain a certificate of non-code for the use of dry land for non-agricultural purposes, to carry out a certificate and a certificate of non-fold for government employees also to obtain a passport through Simplegov, the official release.
“The main minister reiterated that the government is for citizens. While the colonial heritage has left the idea of a trusted body, this government takes over to citizens. This would be one of the best programs in public administration and would provide common citizens of real strengthening.”
Asked about the portal/with her, which the general public could use these services, the clerk said that the links would soon be shared.
The Minister of Finance announced in his budgetary expression of 2025-26 that he had initiated government administrative processes as part of the Simplegov project and ensured quick and easy access to government services, and the eight government departments were significantly streamlined.
The government said it would include multiple services to ensure transparency on the Simplegov initiative. In another case, the main minister also inaugurated several projects completed by the city department and a supply department for the price of 102 crore.
Mr. Stalin also inaugurated Malliakarai-Rasipuram-TiRechengode-Erode Highway, which was upgraded to a four-lane, railway exaggerated in Palanganatham in Madurai and housing units for 41 Irish families that were moved for development work in the district.
In addition, Mr. Stalin introduced the cornerstone for projects that were to be implemented at the price of CRORE 15 GBP. He also inaugurated projects implemented by the Commissioner of Panchayats at the total price of the CRORE 77 GBP. He introduced the foundation for the implementation of new projects at 18 GBP. In another case, the main minister distributed a cash incentive of 50,000 GBP per nine students living in Sri Lankan camps, who received high grades in class X, XI and XII. He also launched the “Uzharai Thedi” initiative from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers, which was to be realized in approximately 17,000 villages.
