“China has so much control over a critical offer in the United States. This is a definition of national emergency and justifies the President’s step to store hard tariffs,” he said.
“However, if they are willing to be reasonable, then Donald Trump is always willing to be a reasonable negotiator. In weeks we will find a lot to find out whether China wants to start a trade war with us or whether he really wants to be reasonable,” he added.
