
Case of Bengalur Stampede: Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah announced the establishment of a commission for one person, headed by Michael d’Unha, the High Court judge, and confirmed that the head of the Royal Calls Bangalore, the DNA event and the Karnataka Association (KSCA).
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiaha said, “Under the Presidency of justice Michael d’Unha, the judge of the High Court, we appointed a commission for one person … on RCB, DNA event manager, KSCA who represented them, we accepted them.”
CM reported that the commission for one person would submit a report in 30 days.
During the Karnataka press meeting, she also reported that the police commissioner Bengalur and four other cops were suspended after Bengalur Stamnede killed 11 people at the Chinnaswama stadium and remained injured 56.
“Police inspector of the police station Cubbon Park, police inspector, main station, station officer, act, DCP central division, cricket stadium, in charge, other police commissioner and police commissioner was immediately suspended.” Karnataka cm siddaramaiah said.
Meanwhile, companies were filed against RCB, DNA, KSCA administrative committee and others at the Cubbon Park police station. Companies state criminal negligence in the stampede incident. Sections 105, 125 (1) (2), 132, 121/1, 190 R/W 3 (5) were induced in the company.

IPL Champion Royal Challengers Bengalur said on Thursday that he would cooperate with all legal proceedings after the company was registered against him.
