On Wednesday, the High Court in Karnataka issued a notice to the main Minister Siddarahaiaha and his wife, after the action sought the central investigative probe in the case of land assignment.
The main minister faces charges of involving the illegal allocation of 14 seats to his wife Parvathi BM, the Office for the City Development of Mysuru (Muda).
The application filed by the activist RTI Snehamaya Krishna questioned the order of 7 February, the only judge who refused his request for the transfer of the Lokayukt police spacecraft to the alleged fraud of CBI.

In response to the higher advocate KG Raghavan, representing the petitioner, explained that the appeal did not support the court order itself, but sought the file of Mandamus. “I ask for Mandamus, I do not question the order of the court,” he told the bench.
Order on a bench with one judge
At the beginning of this year, the bench with one judge rejected the petition and stated that the investigation of Lokayukta did not show bias or lack.
“Lokayukta/Lokayukty office does not suffer from doubtful independence,” the court said.
She also stated that the evidence presented did not justify the CBI reference for further investigation.
The High Court will also hear it 28 April, along with other appeals associated with the case of MUDa.
