The District Police filed a complaint against the National President Sri Ram Sen and the head of Karuneshwar Mutt in the village of Andola in Jewargi Taluk Siddalinga Swami for what they say to introduce people to stimulate municipal tension by doing so
The thing said that Muslims recently built a tomb on the university campus and regularly offer prayer and threatened to demolish the structure of the tomb on Sunday, unless the district authorities have grown the structure to the ground.
The complainant, police staff Ramaling, along with his staff fakirapa, 4th August carried out a point inspection on the university campus and found that the tomb seems almost old and explained that Siddalinga Swami claims no new structures.
SEER remarks are an attempt to encourage violence and fuel tension that is a serious threat to municipal harmony, said the complaint.
At Narona Police Station, a case against Siddaling Swami was registered according to sections 192, 299 and 302 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS) for deliberate provocation with the intention of causing unrest to promote hostility between different groups in religion, deliberate and harmful behavior and intentionally hurt religious Seys.
