
The launch of the Axiom-4 mission to the International Space Station, originally set on May 29, was postponed and is now scheduled for 8 June at 18:41, as stated by the PTI.
The mission will rise from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The Indian Astronaut Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla will pilot a mission, accompanied by three other crew members. The updated start timeline was announced by Axiom Space, the American commercial company Spaceflight Company, in cooperation with NASA.
“After reviewing the flight schedule @space_station NASA and its partners move opportunities to start for several upcoming missions. New targeted opportunities to many more than launching for operational readiness are: Axiom Mission 4: 9:11 AM EDT, Sunday 8th,” NASA said in X.
Shukla’s Travel to Space, on board the SpaceX spacecraft, comes four decades after the cult Rrakesh Sharma spacecraft on board with a soy spacecraft in 1984.
Who is Shubhanshu Shukl?
Shubhanshu Shukla was born on October 10, 1985 in Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. He completed his higher education at the City Montessori School in Lucknow. He is married to a dentist from Jankipuram, Lucknow, and a couple has a four -year -old son.

After his education, Shukla joined the Academy of National Defense and was commissioned by the Indian Air Force (IAF) June 17, 2006 in the combat stream. He stood up through the series and currently holds the position of the captain of the group, after he previously served as commander of the wing.
Shukla serves as a combat combat test pilot in the IAF and has accumulated more than 2,000 hours of flying experience. He flew a wide range of aircraft, including Sukhoi-30MKI, MiG-21, MiG-29, An-32, Dornier, Hawk and Jaguar.
What is the mission of the shukla?
The Shukla Shubhanshu is to be carried out by seven experiments aboard the International Space Station (ISS) as part of Axiom-4 (AX-4), PTI reported. In addition, these experiments are aimed at promoting microgravity research in India and by 2035 in accordance with the wider ambitions of the country to establish their own space station and the sending of astronauts within a month until 2047.

As part of the mission, ISRA outlined plans to focus on scientific studies focused on India, including experiments including germination of Methi (Fenugreek) and Moong (Green Gram) in microgravity conditions, PTI reported.
The Shukla’s Shukla journey is an important milestone in the Indian exploration effort to explore the universe.
Connection to the AX-4 crew is Slawosz Přenzki, astronaut of the project from the European Space Agency (ESA), which will become the second Polish astronaut since 1978.
