Former English cricket Moeen Ali supported young dough SHUBMAN GILL to lead India in a test cricket. India is looking for a new captain after retiring Rohit Sharma from the longest format. Gill is a leading runner who has another Indian test captain because Asian giants are preparing to travel to England for five match test series from June 20.
Moeen Ali recently shared his views on Gill’s leadership and appreciated the young man for being a good captain. He also mentioned Ideally, BCCI would like Jasprit Bumrah to take over the captain. However, with question marks about its availability for all five test matches, selectors will think of someone who can play all games.

Gill Captain India in T20is on Tour to Zimbabwe in 2024 and led the young party to win 4-1 series.
