The Karnataka State Human Rights Commission will hold a meeting in Shivamogga on November 19.
Acting Chairman T. Sham Bhat and members of the commission will hear cases related to human rights violations reported from the district and receive petitions from the public between 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm.
In a media release, the Commission urged complainants and respondents to take advantage of this opportunity. The public can file their petitions and complaints before the commission, she said.
