
Three people were killed and five other injured after the shooting broke out in the popular restaurant in Glendale, the suburb of Phoenix, in Arizona on Sunday evening (May 4), the authorities said.
Officer of the police department Glendale Moroni Mendez confirmed that officers received calls about shooting at El Camaron Gigante Mariscos & Steakhouse around 19:45
“It is obvious that there were a lot of people,” Mendez told reporters during the media briefing. “Many people who participated in an event. Anyone who has information, please come and give us it because … There are three deceased. So we want to make sure we’re going to make complete and thorough investigation and do victims.”

According to Mendez, three individuals died of injury. Five others suffered injuries either from shots or shrapnel. The conditions of the injured have not yet been released.
The local KPHO-TV store said the police are still trying to determine the motif of violence.
No arrest, more shooters of suspicious
The authorities believe that more than one person participated in the shooting. Although there were no suspects since Monday morning, Mendez confirmed that the police had been questioned by more individuals.
The investigation remains active and officials urge all witnesses to sign up.
Eyewitness: “It was quite bad”
The residents of Lupe Rodriguez, who was in the restaurant during the incident, described the scene of chaos and fear.
“There was a man on Earth, and it didn’t seem as if he had done it,” Rodriguez told the local media. “His father shouted his name. It was quite bad.”
Rodriguez said that he and his friends escaped for security when the shots rang. Although shaken, he said he felt lucky that he survived.
