
A family holiday turned into a nightmare after a 35 -year -old woman from Nepal was swept by strong streams of the Uttarakhand River while filming the winch. The tragic incident took place in Uttarkash on Monday and left her family and spectators in shock, NDTV reported.
A woman whose name was not officially released visited her relatives in Uttarkashi along with her eleven -year -old daughter. That day, the mother’s duo went to the ghat manicarist on the banks of the Bhagirathi River, the main tributary of the gang.
According to eyewitnesses and NDTV reports, the woman asked her daughter to record her video in the river. There is a woman who smiles on the camera when she enters the water. Within a few seconds it loses balance, begins to slip and is swept through strong river currents.
“Mum,” her daughter hears screaming as her mother tries to stay above the water and shout for help before she disappears under the surface.
Ghat boys immediately warned the authorities. Search and rescue operations were immediately launched, but a woman was not found from the latest updates.
The emotional tax on the daughter witnessed the whole incident that developed during its filming was particularly devastating. He is currently with family members in Uttarkashi.
