Bihar’s leading police officer attributed a recent increase in crime throughout the state seasonal unemployment among agricultural workers.
The next CEO of the police (Law and Order), Kundan Krishnan, made an observation in an interview with journalists on Wednesday evening. “Recently, many murders have happened throughout Bihar. Most of the murders take place in the months of April, May and June. This continues until the rain comes because most farmers do not have a job.
“Bihar has only two main crops. Since there is no crop between April and July, most farmers remain unemployed in this period. As a result, soil -related clashes are increasing.
He added: “So we created a new cell this month. The work of this cell will create a database of all former shooters, contract killers and watch them ..”
The comment launched outrage on the social media, and many people accused the officer of trying to come up with an apology for not controlling the right and order.
When he contacted PTI on Thursday, he said, “I said anything I said was supported by the data. If necessary, I will come up with numbers to show that this period of the year witnesses fraud in violent crimes.”
Congress reacts
The head of the Congress and Ministry of Publicity Pawan Khera questioned the notes and said, “What are the comments?” Khera claimed in the video statement: “This is not your thinking, but reflects the thinking of political leadership behind you; it is thinking of the government of NDA.”
This continues until the rain comes because most farmers don’t have a job.
Whatever I said was supported by data.
“Now no one is talking about Gundaraja, Jungle Raj. It is not possible to hunt even in the jungle like what we saw at the Paras Hospital, where the patient was shot in the ICU,” he said.
