(Photo: Michael Steele/Getty Images) The Pakistani amateur athletic federation imposed a lifelong ban on Salman IQBAL, a long -term coach of the top athlete Arshad Nadena, for violating the Association Pandjab Athletics Association. The ban, announced on Sunday in Lahore, prevents IQBal from participating in any athletic activities, coaching or holding an office at any level. The prohibition stems from violations related to the elections that took place for the Athletics Athletics Association in Pandjab in August, where IQball serves as the president. The investigation committee created in mid -September recommended a ban on October 10.The timing of the prohibition seems to be associated with the recent reaction of IQBal to the Pakistani Sports Council about the performance of NADEM to the World Athletics Championship in Tokyo. PSB was looking for an explanation for a bad performance above and details of its training and travel costs. The reaction of IQLAL revealed that the Pakistani amateur athletic federation has been distanced from Nadaem’s activities last year. He also revealed that after the calf muscle injury he had to look for financial assistance from a friend to finance training over South Africa and rehabilitation. The recommendation of the investigation committee came only one day after the answer IQBAL to PSB was published. The federation decision will effectively end the involvement of IQLAL in Pakistani athletics at all levels.
