SHIVAMOGG MEP by Raghavendra on Wednesday, Nirmal Sitharaman in Delhi, discussed the key projects concerning Karnataka and sought support for the integration of the Kolru into the Distitant under Prashad (pilgrimage and spiritual augmentation).
Communication issued by the Member’s Office stated that Mr. Raghanendra asked the Minister to support the proposal for the use of the potential of the Kolura Tourism under the Prashad program. Klur was known for the temple of Mookambia and the development of the place with regard to tourism would ensure growth in the region, he said.
Mr. Raghanendra asked the Minister to grant funds to set up the Wellness Center in Shivamogg, Mangalur and UDUP within the Health System of the Central Government and hired people to the center. Lok Sabha member said he had a fertile discussion with the Minister, and he was sure he would consider his requests and expand his support for the benefit of the people in Kareni.
