US-PAKISTANSICAL BUSINESS AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF “MASSIVE ORGANIES”
Donald Trump on July 30 announced that the US had concluded an agreement with Pakistan to cooperate on the development of “massive oil reserves” of the South Asian nation.
Pakistan has long claimed that he has large oil bearings along his coast, but according to the PTI report, no progress has been made to use these deposits. The country is currently importing oil from the Middle East to meet its energy requirements.
According to state radio Pakistan, the breakthrough was achieved during the meeting of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb with the American Minister of Trade Howard Lutnick and the US Commercial Ambassador Jamieson Greer in Washington, DC.
“Maybe Pakistan sells India’s oil one day …”
In his own contribution on the truth Social, Donald Trump said that the US Agreement with Pakistan includes cooperation “on the development of their massive oil reserves”.
“We are in the process of selecting an oil company that will lead this partnership. Who knows may sell India oil one day!” He added.
The commercial agreement allegedly focuses on increasing the bilateral trade between the US and Pakistan, expanding access to the market, attracting investments and supporting cooperation in the areas of mutual interest.
A US-Pakistanic trade agreement that will stimulate US investment?
“This agreement will lead to a reduction in mutual tariffs, especially on Pakistani exports to the United States. This agreement means the beginning of a new era of economic cooperation, especially in energy, mines and minerals, IT, cryptocurrency and other sectors,” the official statement said.
The agreement complements the existing efforts of Pakistan to extend the extent of bilateral economic ties and also increases its approach to the American market and vice versa.
In addition, the agreement is expected to encourage an increased investment in the US in infrastructure and development projects in Pakistan.
The commercial agreement underlines the obligation of both nations to deepen their bilateral relationship and explore all ways to strengthen business and investment ties, according to the report.
