Her husband, Parag Tyagi, along with three others, plunged her to the Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Andheri, Bombai, where she was declared dead on arrival, as the hospital’s work staff confirmed.
Her body was later transported to Cooper Hospital for post-mortal examination, the report noted.
According to journalist Vickey Lalwani: “I can confirm that it was brought dead to the Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital (opposite Star Bazaar Andheri) about 45 minutes before this place. Shefali was rushing to the hospital and three others.
