The High Court in Calcutta awarded the Provisional Deposit of the Sharmistha Panoli, arrested for the alleged publication of a video on social media with municipal comments. The bench has directed the influence of Sharmistha Panoli to provide bail bond £10,000.
The High Court in Calcato dismissed the temporary deposit of the influence of the Social Media Sharmistha Panoli 3 June. The court yard must be provided by the relevant police protection.
Fir against Wajahat Khan Qadri:
Earlier on Wednesday, Kolkata police registered companies against Wajahat Khan Qadri, a man whose complaint led to the arrest of social media Sharmistha, Panoli, PTI reported.
According to the police, Wajahat Khan Qadri is now attenuated. The police accused him of recording “harmful and inflammatory” content on social media, which aims to hurt sentiments of the religious community.

The latest companies against Qadri come as a result of several complaints filed in different parts of the country, including bombai and Assam. In all these complaints, he was accused of spreading hateful manifestations and raising derogatory notes against religious deities in contributions to social media.
Although Qadri’s family members defended him and claimed to be “innocent and secular”.
