Hasin Jahan, the stolen wife of India Mohammed Shami, welcomed the recent verdict of the Supreme Court in Calcutta, which ordered the cricket to pay RS 4 lakh in the monthly maintenance and their daughter and said that the court simply asked him to fulfill his duties.
“I was a model and acted before I got married. Shami forced me to leave my profession. He wanted me to live only in household life. I loved Shami so much that I happily accepted it,” Jahan said, responding to the verdict, as even News Agency quoted.
“But now I don’t have my own earnings. Shami must bear all our responsibility for our maintenance. That’s why we had to go to court when he denied it.”
High Court ordered Shami to pay Rs 1.5 lakh The month for Jahan’s personal expenditure and 2.5 Lakh for the care of their daughter and rolling the lower court order of 2018, which granted significantly smaller amounts.
In his appeal, Jahan’s legal advisor claimed that the financial situation of shami could support a higher amount of maintenance. According to his income tax return for the financial year 2021, the annual reception of shami was approximately R 7.19 Crore or around 60 lakh per month. Jahan claimed that her combined monthly expenses, including the cost of her daughter, exceeded RS 6 lakh.
“Shami can’t destroy me”
“Thank God that there is a law in our country that orders people to carry their duties,” Jahan said. “If you are entering a relationship with someone, it is not written on their face that they are bad, they are a criminal or play with your future and your daughters … I have also become such a victim.”

She added: “God forgave the greatest criminals. He (Shami) cannot see the protection, future and happiness of his daughter. He should also give up his stubbornness that he wants to destroy Hasin’s life.
Jahan, a former model and cheerleader, married shama in 2014. Their relationship in 2018 became bitter when accused him of domestic violence, harassment of the dowry and infidelity. Despite having his daughter together, Jahan claimed that Shami had stopped providing financial support and reducing ties with them.
