Shahi Masjid in public gardens, who witnesses hundreds of devoted every day dealing with prayer and meditation, will soon host the mediation center in an effort to provide the public accessible dispute resolution services.
“The initiative is supported by the Telangana Legal Services (TSLSA). The aim is to give free and impartial mediation to people, regardless of the belief they belong to,” said Shahi Masjid Khateb Maulan Ahsan Bin Mohammed al-Hamoomiomi Hindu.
Ifadah Community Mediation Center, as is known, will be inaugurated this Saturday.
Maulana Hamoomi explained the genesis of thoughts and said that the interview with a police officer pointed out several problems that families and individuals faced. “On the one hand, Masjid, not too far, is a criminal court. On the other hand, the station is a central crime. The police officer came to me who came once and said how lives were destroyed because of minor disputes. This was the idea.
Shahi Masjid, also a host of a legal cell, which began in 2018. The auxiliary two experienced lawyers were initiated to offer second opinions on legal matters and help people resolve disputes outside the courtroom. The council was provided to hundreds of recipients, Maulana Hamoomi said.
He explained that the Mediation Ifadah Mediation Center will follow all rules and regulations. He explained that the device would not function as Darul QAZA. Under the provision, maximum confidentiality would be maintained and the services would be provided free of charge, he said. The center will have open doors on all working days, with reserved mediation and conciliation sitting scheduled for each Saturday.
