Former MLC KS Lakshman Rao on Saturday accused the coalition government led by TDP in Andhra Pradesh of becoming a face to vote at his stand in the education sector.
On Saturday on Saturday in Dharna Chowk, Vijayawada, Dharana Chowk in Vijayawada, he dealt with the protests of the State Unit of the Indian Student Federation (SFI), but after TDP came to power, he promised the development of education sector, but completely neglected students.
He remembered that the Minister of Hrda Lo Lolesh during his Yuva Galam Padayatra assured that all waiting fees for reward for payment would be immediately cleaned as soon as his party reaches power. The promises were now ignored, he said.
SFI organized rally from Besant Road to Dharnu Chowk and required solving problems that suffer from the educational sector. The rally culminated in Dharna.
SFFI President SFI P. Rammohan and Secretary of K. Prasann Kumar claimed that the BJP government on Wednesday and the TDP government in the state has made education inaccessible to the poor and middle students.
They required immediate release of waiting fees for payment of 6,400 GBP Crore, as many higher education lines held Hall-Tickets and students’ certificates for failure to pay fees.
They said that social care hostels were in a dilapidated state. The government could not act even after the High Court had observed that the hostels had lacked the basic facilities and demanded an increase in fees for mess and cosmetic fees in accordance with rising prices.
Vice -chairwoman and professor lied at public universities, they said. They also stated that GOS 35, 36 and 42 were a threat to auxiliary educational institutions and must therefore be canceled. They help students of schools should be provided with textbooks and covered in a half -day meal, demanded.

Instead of addressing students’ questions, the government resorted to the police high head against the Federation leaders, they said.
They condemned the arrests of their leaders and demanded their immediate release and warned the government that if the problems were not resolved, the Federation would intensify its disturbance.
