The police arrested seven persons allegedly for door-to-door selling of ganja and seized 10 kg of ganja, six mobile phones and ₹3,000.
After receiving information about ganja being sold in Boyanapalle village, Mannur Police Inspector J. Prasad, along with his team, went to the village to nab the culprits. The accused who noticed the approaching police vehicles tried to flee but were eventually caught.
The account was identified as ranjit Kumar and Mahadev cho best who work locally and sold it to Ravella mohan krishna from tirupati, M. Diya from railway kodur, dasari tarun and K. Rajampet.
