The Minister of Income Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced on Tuesday that the BHU BHU Bharati law launched a journey to resolve the long black requests for a set of Bainam with the Theangana High Court, which was five years ago.
Mr. Reddy said that disputes concerning 9.65 applications of the Lakh set Bainama can now be resolved and the BHU BHARATI law has been designed to solve these applications. “Holidays would now prepare a journey for the justice of the lakh of poor families waiting for justice,” he said.
The Minister explained that the vision of the main Minister A. Revantha Reddy led the government to resolve the clear provisions under the BHU Bharati-2025 Act to resolve these applications. The government was constantly following the case in court to ensure the solution for the benefit of the poor, he said.
Mr. Reddy assured that the applications would be cleaned first. “The foundations have already been completed and our government is determined to fulfill justice immediately,” he said.
The Minister strongly criticized the BRS government and accused it of deceiving the poor by collecting applications, but did not provide a legal route for their resolution under the Ror 2020 Act.
A set of Bainama is basically a sales agreement that serves as proof of land transaction, but is not legally registered with the government. These transactions are common in rural areas of telangana.
He said that the “illegal Dharani portal” introduced by the previous regime was eliminated and “worthy of the Gulf”, in accordance with the election promise of the main minister. After performing studies in 18 countries, the government framed BHU Bharati ACT-2025, which has now become a model to solve soil-related problems.
Approximately 8.6 Lakh applications have already been adopted in the session of a complaint organized under the New Testament. The Minister stated that the BHU Bharati law is preparing a method of transparent and rapid liquidation of applications concerning agricultural land.
