On Sunday after a heart attack, a veteran photojournalist and former special news photographer Hindu and BusinessLine PV Sivakumar (66) died.
The award -winning photojournalist collapsed in the toilet of his house in Colony photographers at Banjara Hills and was hurried to the nearby Apollo hospital, Jubilee Hills, where the doctors tried to revive him. He was declared dead at 3 pm. He was survived by his wife B. Satyavani and son PVSS Satyanth and sister -in -law BVN Ramya.
He was born on November 19, 1959 in Sindri, Bihar, Mr. Sivakumar had his early education and after the father’s transfer to Hyderabad joined Kendriy Vidyalay, Golcond. He was a bachelor of science (B.Sc) a graduate of the University of Osmania, but his passion for photography was made by a professional intelligence photographer.
He joined Indian Express in 1985 and moved to Visakhapatnam Hindu. Later he was transferred to Hyderabad and also worked in the Hindu and Hindus Business Line and in 2015 he also took voluntary departure for the reason.
Mr. Sivakumar was awarded a lifelong prize for the lifelong success of the United Andhra Pradesh government and several other awards of photographers.
Family members said the last ceremonies would be carried out on MahaPrasthanam at 11 am on Monday.
CM expands condolences
Main Minister A. Revanth Reddy in the report expressed shock and sadness over the sudden extinction of an older photojournalist and expanded his sincere condolences to the surviving family.
Mr. Revant Reddy said that Mr. Sivakumar was widely recognized for his contributions to journalism and was the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the award of the “Best of the Photographer”. The main minister noted that Mr. Sivakumar also watched several professional qualifications and was a highly respected figure in the field. “He was an exceptional photographer whose legacy he would remember. I offer my sincere condolences to my family,” he said.
The former cricket VVSLAXman and Shivalal Yadav prematurely retreated Mr. Sivakumar. A. Gangadhan, President of the Association of Photojournalists in Telangana, and the secretary of KN Hari, in his statement, ended Mr. Sivakumar’s death.
