Senior BJP leader H. Raja
Senior BJP leader H. Raja, who suffered a stroke, is now being treated at Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road, according to a bulletin from the hospital on Saturday.
After collapsing on stage while attending an event on Friday night, Mr. Raja was rushed to hospital. Immediate help was provided by former Telangana governor and doctor Tamilisai Soundararajan, who was at the event.
The bulletin noted that he is being closely monitored by a team of doctors and is recovering well thanks to supportive care. He hangs out with family and friends.
