Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs searched for $ 50 million for his release before his condemnation on October 3 after he was found to be “innocent” by some serious accusations he faced. Attorney Hip-Hop tycoon Sean Combs, Marc AgniFilo, claimed that the conditions in the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn were dangerous.
He added that in similar past cases the accusations of prostitution were usually discharged before the conviction.
Marc AgniFilo wrote: “Sean combs should not be in prison for this behavior. In fact, he can be the only person in the United States prison for being any kind of Jan.”
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 55, was found guilty of July 2 from three number of people trading and blackmailing a plot that carried potential life punishments. However, he was convicted of two minor allegations of transport to engage in prostitution-which carry a maximum of ten years. The prosecutors claimed that the founder of Bad Boy Records Sean Combs used intimidation, physical strength and influence of his business empire to push two former girlfriends in participating in a multi -day, drug sex meetings with male sexual workers, often referred to as “mad off”.
Lawyers Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ claimed that both women voluntarily attended a meeting. His earlier request for release after the judgment was rejected by the US district judge by Subramanian when he quoted evidence of the violent deeds he committed. Combs lawyers claimed that it was unusual, that they were facing prosecution for prostitution, because it did not benefit from alleged acts financially.
