Divisional Railway Manager Narendra A. Patil discusses social measures taken for employees with PCPO Siddharth Kati and Sr. DPO, Prem Kumar Lakavat, Friday in Vijayawada.
South Central Railway (SCR) (PCPO), Siddharth Kati, carried out the inspection of the HR department in Vijayawada on Friday.
The divisional railway manager Narendra A. Patil, the Vijayawada division, was admitted, discussing with him on various matters of the Vijayawada division related to HR.
When checking the performance of the HR department, PCPO, together with the manager of the PREM Division, asked officers and employees to strengthen the services for railway staff. He emphasized the need for timely support and immediate settlement of benefits for family members of the deceased employees.
Later, Mr. Siddharth Kati met with the heads of the unions of recognized trade unions – SCRM Union, Screan Sangh and All India SC/St Rly. Employee Association – and evaluated the situation and received a statement from them.
