Straightpath International School, Panakkad, picked up the English language festival in the district called “Lingua Fanta 2025” organized by the CBSA Sahoday school complex.
The Straightpath School ensured 216 points to win the competition, while the host school, Benchmark International, Manjeri, ended up as a finalist with 177 points and Peace Public School, Kottakkal, gained third place with 174 points.
President of Sahoday Zonal M. Abdul Nazar introduced the winner of the trophy, while Vice -Chairman of CKM Shibili chaired his office. In addition to the general category, the competition was three categories for students from the third to 12th standard. Approximately 1,400 students from 32 schools throughout the district took part in the event.
Peace Public School, Kottakkal, Benchmark International School, Manjeri and Straight, International School, Panakkad, appeared as the winners of short film competitions held at the festival.
Benchmark School Managing Trustee CC Usman introduced prizes to category winners. General Report K. Unnikrishnan, Secretary General M. Jouhar, organizing secretary Joben Sebastian, along with P. Haridas, P. Nisar Khan, K. Pradeep, Jasmir Faisal, Subhash Pulikkal, Ismail and Tina Khalim.
