Several students were denied the entrance to the Delhi Public School (DPS) for non -payment of fees on Tuesday morning, because the angry parents protested outside the gates.
According to the Indian Express report, these students were excluded between 29 by a school that quoted the legal provisions with the “immediate effect” of May 9. However, their parents accused the school of “incorrect treatment of children” and last month issued an order for the High Court in Delhi.
They also claimed that the ejectors were placed at the gate. The parents also claimed that several students were sent back home in school buses without prior intimation, the report said.
One of the parents of class 11, who described it as traumatic, said Indian Express: “We were shocked when the school was forcibly boarding buses and sent them back home without communication. We did not know their place for a while.

The Indian Express report, which quoted emails sent to the families of 9 May, said the school said the school’s names were hit from roles for “non-payment of school fees” despite the “different reminders via monthly SMS, e-mails, telephone calls and final/exhibitions.”
The report also stated that the school justified the expulsion by quoting the rule of 35 of the Act and the rules for Education in Delhi (DSEAR), 1973. This rule states that schools can exclude students due to non -payment of fees and other fees after the last day after the last day or continuing absence without holiday for six socks. It is also obliged to issue a notification of the demonstration of a guardian or parent before such negotiations.
The school also said: “It is recommended not to send your department to school. It will not be allowed to enter the school facilities. The RFID card of your department has also been deactivated, and if you are sending your department to school, even though its name was struck from school rollers, it will be your risk and consequences.”
The parents were asked to gather a certificate of transfer of their departments from the Department of Administration 13. May from 14:30 to 15:00, Indian Express said.

“A total of more than £1 lakh is excellent from 130 students and has already been lost £6 crore, because some students have completed class 12. How can we restore money in such cases? “The message IE quoted the source as a word.
In fact, the source accused parents of incorrect interpretation of the High Court command. “The order is about how the students are to be treated with one to school – it will not prevent us from excluding defaulters. Once the child is affected by roles, the input denial is not a violation,” added the source.
“Children suffer because of their parents and politics around him. We will not tolerate demonstrations outside the school gate.”
What did the command of the High Court in Delhi said
April 16, Delhi HC killed school for their behavior and described it as “shocking” and “inhuman”. The bench said the school was treating the students “shabby and inhuman” and proposing that the government prosecuted the director of torture.
Sachin Datta said that a school that treated students as a “chattel” deserved to be closed, said the report.
The High Court also stressed that it would set some guarantees to ensure that students were not “tortured” by the Office on the DWARE, which operated the institution only as a “money -making machine”.
