Although private companies that secured coal blocks would also apply to the government in the form of royal rank, more than 40,000 workers and 30,000 others who were indirectly dependent on SCCL would be protected if the SCCL would gain mining rights. “What is happening in the SCCl, who participates in the auction and securing of blocks when several other state and central government agencies/companies participate in the auction?” He asked that SCCL could generate his own income through blocks and the government would receive funds in the form of a royal rank.
