A household survey with a planned caste (SC) in Karnataka, which is carried out for an internal reservation, has received a slow response within the BENGALUR, even after several extensions. In the state capital, despite the provisions on voluntary publication online, about 48% of the planned population has so far been covered. Interestingly, coverage was above expectations in 11 districts. The whole state is 90.64%coverage.
Given that teachers who have become teaching who returned to schools with the start of the academic year is now a survey depending on Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (Bescom) collectors, who were asked to identify and transmit details of SC households. The survey was extended until June 22.
1200 families per day
“On average, we only get about 1,200 families a day throughout the State after an extension of the survey. The reaction was poor and disappointing. Without the Construcers, how effective the Bill Bill reader can be?” He asked the source in the commission for one person headed by a judge in retirement HN Nagmohan Das. Mr. Das deals with the ongoing demand for an internal booking between SCS to cut 17% of the reservation between the left Dalit, Dalitská right and other touch SC.
So far, 26.39 lakh families with a population of 1.05 crore have been extended twice in the list, which began on May 5, so far. There were four extensions for data gathering through special camps and online.
In the first 10 days of the list, about 74% of households were covered when visiting doors. In addition, people from the SC communities were given the opportunity to participate in the camps at the level of stalls to register or use online devices. While the People Census in 2011 mapped 21.4 Lakh families with a population of 1.04 Crore, the Commission focused on covering 25.72 lakhs of expected households in 2025.
“The coverage in Bengalur was bad. When the first extension was given, about 43%were covered. After the second extension, about 48%is covered. In addition to complaints that enumerators are not allowed inside the housing complexes and closed communities, SCs that are not identified for fear of Stigma and enamerators were not available.
Rural and cities division
Of the 13.62 lakh, the expected SC population in Bengalur (BBMP limits) has so far been covered by 6.58 Lakh. Urban Bengaluru (with the exception of BBMP limits) and rural districts of Bengaluru recorded 80% and 87%. In fact, the socio-economic and educational survey (census) carried out by the State Commission of Karnataka for Back Classes in 2015 also faced problems in Bengalur, where its coverage remained 85%, when the total average was 95%. People have been given the opportunity to register for Bangaloreone or Gramaone.
Unlike Bengalur, the enumerations were beyond expectations in 11 districts where the numbers were higher than expected. In the emergency, the coverage was 111.27%, while Davangere and Gadag have 108%each and Uttara Kannada and Dharwad have 104%. Chamarajanagar, Tumacuru, Mandya, Hassan, Bagalka and Udupi were beyond expectations.
