The new Delhi, 22 September (PTI), the Supreme Court said on Monday that certain aspects of AAIB preliminary reports on the 12th June Airline accident, indicating that the pilots were “irresponsible” and issued the Center and CEO of Civil Aviation and Search Independent and Accelerated Series.
The bench of Judge Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh took note of certain aspects of preliminary reports on air accident investigation (AAIB) issued on July 12.
Attorney Prashant Bhushan, who appeared for the NGO “Safety Foundation”, claimed that there were three members from the air regulator in the probe panel created after the accident.
He searched for the publication of information from the recorder of the airplane flight that would clean the air over the cause of the accident.
The bench that detonated the last report on the accident said there was a problem of confidentiality and aspects of privacy and dignity involved in this matter.
Bench said it only issued a notification of a limited aspect of a free, fair, independent and rapid investigation of the accident, although it is notified that it only issues a notification of limited, fair, independent and rapid research.
The application was submitted by a non -governmental security organization led by Captain Amit Singh (Fraes) and claims that the official probe violates the fundamental rights of citizens to life, equality and access to true information.
The application says that AAIB issued its preliminary report on July 12, attributed the accident to “fuel switches”, which was moved from “run” to “restriction”, effectively indicating the pilot error.
He claims that the report holds down critical information, including the full output of the digital flight (DFDR), complete transcripts of the cockpit voice recorder (CRV) with time grades and electronic aircraft failure (EAFR).
According to the action, they are necessary for transparent and objective understanding of the disaster.
