
The Supreme Court canceled the company and accusations against a man who was charged with rape under the pretext of marriage. The court ruled that the company was “an additional idea and was a means of revenge for the upcoming consequences”.
According to the press agency, neither, the bench of Judges Sanjay Karol and N Kotiswar Singh annulled the order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, who refused to cancel the proceedings.

The case includes an employee of a municipal corporation who worked as a computer operator.
She issued accusations against her colleague, assistant of the income inspector, with whom he was friendly for five years, reported nor.

Then she filed a company against her colleague for rape.
However, the accused man filed several complainant complaints (a woman) and accused harassment, including threats of suicide and abuse.
The defendant also filed a representation before the municipal and police authorities, after which the complainant issued a notice of the cause of July 6, 2023.

She was also warned that employment could be alleviated if her behavior did not improve.
The woman submitted four months after the alleged incident, only after the start of administrative steps.
What did SC say?
In its judgment, the Supreme Court noted that the company was submitted only after the announcement of the show, so it opened the possibility that the same was filed as “additional thought out and was a means of revenge for the upcoming consequences”.
“If the description of the crime is taken over at the nominal value, in the first instance, the complainant was not willing and was convinced that he would be involved in relations to assurance of a possible marriage between the parties,” said the Supreme Court when canceling the company and indictment.
She added, “When she asked when the same would take place, a few days later, allegedly, the petitioner refused and asked her to marry someone else.”

“That would be the first opportunity to realize that she was used by the complainant, to take the necessary steps,” the court said.
“Although not so, the fact that companies were submitted only after the announcement of a show that apparently has great consequences in the real world, if it is a complainant, leaves an open possibility that the same has been filed as support and it was a vengeance vehicle,” he added.
