The Collegium of the Supreme Court proposed to move judges at nine state courts. This is the second time in four months since the leadership of the main judge of India Br Gavai took over that the college has proposed substantial transfers and repatriation of the Supreme Court judges
The college proposed government court transfers of 14 judges who currently serve at the nine Supreme Courts in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Kerala, Madras, Rajasthan, Allahabad, Gujarat and Calcutta. One of the 14 judges would be transferred to the Karnataka High Court, while two judges were proposed to repatriate to the Andra Pradesh High Court. Andhra Pradesh would also receive a transferred judge if the government clears the college of recommendations.
The decision on the transfer and repatriate of the High Court judges was taken at the meetings of colleagues held on August 25 and 26, which have already recorded controversy with the judge BV Nagarathn by disagreement on the promotion of the promotion of the chief judge Patno Vipul Manubhai Pancholi to the top.
The Collegeum resolution, which was released only on 27 August, was recommended by Judge Atul Sreedharan of Madhya Pradesh to Chhattisghar; Sanjay Agrawal of Chhattisgarh to Allahabad; Nisha Ban from Madras to Kerala; Dinesh Mehta from Rajasthan to Delhi; AVNESH Jingan also from Rajasthan to Delhi; ARUN Mongga of Delhi to Rajasthan; Sanjay Kumar Singh from Alahabad to Patna; Rohit Ranjan Agarwal also from Allhabad to Calcutta; Sandeep Natvarl Bhatt from Gujarat to Madhya Pradesh; Chandrasekharan Sudha from Keraly to Delhi; Tara Vitasta Ganju Deli to Karnataka; Subhend Samanta from Calcutta to Andhra Pradesh.
Justices Manavendraneath Roy and Donadi Ramesh, currently serving in Gujarate and Allahabad, were recommended for repatriation of Andr Pradesh.

Similar transactions happened in the Supreme Courts in May, days after the main judge Gavai took over as the highest judge.
May 26, the College successfully proposed the promotion of the main judges to the five Supreme Courts, including the exhibition of justice Pancholi as the main judge of Patna High Court.
She also recommended the transfer and repatriation of 21 other judges of the High Court across the country.
Transfers exceeded through the high courts of Telangana, Karnataka, Madras, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Bombay, Delhi, Rajasthan, Kalcata, Allahabad, Pandjab and Haryana, Gauhati, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Patna.
