Today, the Supreme Court asked the state Tamil Nada to explain his “prosecutor” in cases of cash corruption concerning former Minister Tamil Nadu V. Senthilbalaji.
The bench of justice Surya Kant and justice Joylya Bagchi orally noted that the defense attorney of 2000-life people, as is accused in the case, resembled a “free ship”.
The Court stated that alleged bribes in this case were actually victims. Their transformations into the accused would postpone court proceedings.
On Tuesday, the Top Court asked if Tamil was trying to postpone the court proceedings in cases of cash fraud for authority on Mr. Senthilbalaji by accusing more than 2,000 people, as was charged.
The court heard a petition filed by Y. Balaji and questioned Madras High Court Order 28 March, which dismissed the actions against clubs of more chargers in cases related to alleged fraud.
According to a report submitted in a court in Apex, a judge in April is in cases concerning former Minister Tamil Nadu in cash for a job “fraud”.
The former minister resigned from the government in April after being pulled out by the court.
