The State Bank of India (SBI) prepared an insurance claim for CRORE 1 GBP to a relative of the subordinate police inspector Y. Guruswama, who died on a road accident in March this year. He suffered serious injuries on his head that led to his death.
Given that Mr. Guruswamy had a SBI salary account within the police salary system (PSP), his wife Y. Chittemma was entitled to a random entitlement to Crore 1 ₹ death insurance.
Oriental Insurance, which teamed up with SBI, processed assertion, said that the regional manager of SBI Venkatesware Rao, who praised the efforts of the bank manager of the Yerped Girija branch and the AP of the Police Association President Somasekhar Reddy for healing the process of claim.
