Sarfaraz Khan believes a strong showing in the Indian Premier League 2026 could help revive his India ambitions after he was picked up by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 75 crore in a mini auction in Abu Dhabi on 16 December. The Mumbai batter will return to the IPL for the first time since the 2023 season.

“It was my dream to play with the legends of this generation,” said Sarfaraz. “I played with Virat bhai at RCB. But after he was not sold, CSK picked me in the IPL.”
