The Ministry of the Interior of the Union (MHA) approved another Fund of the CRORE 25 GBP to rebuild 2,060 houses in the border areas of Jammu and Kashmir, which were damaged by shelling and shooting from Pakistani after the Sindoor operation. A similar compensation will also be provided in the border areas of the pandjab.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently announced further compensation for houses damaged in Pakistan’s shelling.
As a special case, Mr. Modi announced another compensation of £ 2 Lakh for each fully damaged house and 1 lakh for each partially damaged house. The Ministry ensured that this decision was made.
Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah visited Poonch 29 and 30 May. During his visit, he handed over the letters for compassionate reasons to the family members of those who lost their lives in cross -border fire. The compensation for damages caused by cross -border shelling was immediately provided.
After the Sindoor surgery, several incidents of cross -border shelling were reported in the J&K border neighborhoods. Hundreds of families suffered due to cross -border shelling in residential areas, schools and religious structures, including gurudware, temples, mosques and commercial properties.
A total of 3.25 lakhs were evacuated from the border neighborhoods, of which about 15,000 people were accommodated in about 397 shelters and accommodation centers.
A total of 394 outpatient clinics were deployed in all border districts to get to hospitals for treatment, 62 ambulances were deployed only in the POONCH district. A total of 2,818 civil defense volunteers were deployed for services related to health, fire and emergency services, livestock, basic needs, etc.
