Gottipati Minister of Energy Ravi Kumar organized an inspection meeting with CMDS Discoms (distribution companies) on Thursday, focusing on the sanction of agricultural power connections, interruption of power supply, PM Surya Ghar and projects launched as part of a reworked distribution sector (RDSS).
Mr. Ravi Kumar ordered officials to solve any problems that prevented the sanctions from agricultural power connections, the demand she grew to and told them to ensure that not a single eligible farmers were deprived of the benefits of free power.
Mr. Ravi Kumar told officials to take all the steps needed to prevent unplanned energy cuts and to provide previous public information about them in inevitable circumstances, and wanted the waiting energy projects to be completed first. He told CMDS to speed up the PM Surya Ghar program and RDSS projects.
Central Discom CMD P. Pull Reddy was present and his counterparts I. Prudhvi TEJ (EPDCL) and K. Santosh Rao (SPDCL) practically participated.
