Indian Revenue Service (IRS) Officer Sameer WankHhed filed an action for defamation at the High Court in Delhi against Red Chillies Entertainment Limited, owned by the actor Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, over their son Aryan Khan’s director Bollywood. ”
According to The Hindustan Times, WankHede – in his court proceedings he is looking for £2 CRORE in damages-hard compensation that the Netflix series focused on Aryan Khan “contains a fake, malicious and slanderous content aimed at damaging his reputation”.
The IRS officer proposed to donate the amount of Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital for the treatment of cancer patients.

In his plea, Wankhede also pointed out that the legal case concerning him and the “Ba *** DS of Bollywood” Aryan Khan is still waiting for the Bombay High Court and the special court of NDP in Mumbai.
The case dates back to October 2021, when the name Aryan Khan emerged in a high -ranking drug after NCB attacked an enthusiastic party on the Cordelia Empress cruise ship on the coast of Mumbai.
The luxury cruise headed to the Lakshadweep, grabbing national attention after Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant, and several others were taken into custody. Aryan was later arrested by the NCB team, led by the then zone director Sameer WankHede – which is now looking for £2 Compensation of crore over slander content.
